Acura Consumer Relations
Just an update guys...
I had my rear brakes replaced recently due to only 15% remaining at only 16000 miles. My vehicle was covered by the lawsuit settlement for a $150 reimbursement. However, I had to pay $250 out of pocket for the repair. I sent a letter in to Acura complaining of it, and had a phone call back within 3 days. We played phone tag for about a week and a half, but they agreed that they are going to pay for the full $250 now. I didn't even have to say anything to the representative, as she just said they will be placing a check for the other $100 in the mail this week.
