Accord TPMS compatible with 2009 TSX?

I just purchased a set of 18" wheels and tires off a 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Coupe, which came with the Honda TMPS sensors. Will these sensors work with the 2009 TSX? If not, does anyone know where to get new sensors for the TSX? The cheapest I found online is about $70/each. I could always take them out of the TSX wheels, but that is a lot of work. Below is a list of the different part numbers. Thanks.

08 Accord Part # 42753-SWA-306
09 TSX Part # 42753-TL2-A51

Try rolling the new ones alongside the old ones currently on the car. If they are 'talking' to the car, your MIDI display will kinda freak out because it's 'hearing' all 8 sensors & will display an error code.

If you put the new ones there and it doesn't read the errant signals, then you probably have to swap them from the TSX wheels into the Accord wheels.

I had a pair of stock 07 TL-S wheels 'in' the backseat of that car and new 18" A-Spec ones 'on' the car with new sensors. The MIDI read "fault" or whatever, but reset itself once the old wheels were out.

I would hazard a guess and say they would not work. Many guys have posted on here that they have had no problem with the car reading new sensors[for their winter wheels],but all of these guys have had 08s and earlier. I have an 09 and I can tell you my car could not read the new sensors when I put my snow tires on 2 weeks ago. I'm off to the dealer today to get them programmed.

Well I could not get my sensor programmed. Turns out when I bought the winter tire package from the dealer about 6 weeks ago,the wrong sensors were installed. They have ordered me a new set.

Thanks for the replies. I don't actually have a TSX yet, I was just planning ahead. I might ask the dealer to through in the labor to swap the sensors with the purchase of the car. We'll see. I wanted to keep the sensors in the original wheels to make them more attractive on the 'black market', but at $70/ each, I can't think of a better way.
