Woah a little hostile there.
Look around man, there's plenty to be done for cheap. Lighting comes to mind. Also, plastidip can be a fun, cheap way to make your car look a little better.

If I had only 100$ to spend on my car, I would definitely look for either an LED light conversion kit or a used set of springs. There is also an ebay decklid spoiler which is really nice and I have that on my car.

You could stick those fake exhaust ports on the sides of your front fenders. Buick used them for years as a styling cue and designate how big the engine was. If you put four on each side, it would be the same as getting a V-8 engine swap for $100. I'm gonna put five on each side once I save up.

This would put you well over the $100 threshold. It would come out to roughly $649. I made a mistake in saying 30 cans earlier. You would only be able to get 15, maybe 16 if you could get a discount for buying in bulk.
Not only would it look awesome, you would never get any door dings or rock chips! Then whenever you decide to sell your car, peel it all off and youll have a perfect factory paint job!
Or, I also like the idea of those speed squares that you stick onto your front fender above the wheel.

dont listen to HeavyDuty, he's being an ass, don't waste your money on 93. always fill up with regular, it adds an awesome sound to the car when you accelerate, you dont even really need an intake if you do that. its a very rhythmic sound, very classy but aggressive. like KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK-KNOCK. and you can probably get nearly 2 full tanks of 87 instead of 93 and crown reserve

dont listen to pyro he is full of shit... only use 89.5, 87 is too dirty and ur exhaust will smell like your car ate taco bell for lunch, and 93 is too clean and silky and gets used by the engine far too quickly giving you lower mileage, it has the right consistency and is the recommended fuel for all performance cars

LEDs, Debadging, Cleared Lenses (sometimes) and Ebay lips/spoilers.
Or you could pay someone to search for you, seriously there is hundreds of mod threads on this site and you'll find all sorts of DIYs from many of the members.
Or for roughly $35 you could get a set of Wal*Mart rims.
Instead of 87 octane i'd use diesel, you can get awesome mileage and your engine sounds like a MACK truck, so aggressive.

im baaaack!!
I love it how changing a light bulb is concidsred a mod around here. Take out something a replace it with the same thing in a different color is a mod all of a sudden.

You've MODified the stock setup on your car therefore it is. Will it land you in any "best of show" positions? No! But it is still a low cost and personalized mod.

I've seen some people here who've had a pretty hard time getting off the light covers. For some this is a pretty hard core mod apparently.
