I ordered a set of the door lights on Dec 27. Got notice that they shipped yesterday. Tracking number isn't working yet but hopefully I'll have them by the end of the year.

Definitely not the quickest. But I've made up a story that a unicorn hand makes each LED with virgin silicon from a quarry that is only able to be mined under a full moon. So when you think about it that way, it's actually quite expedient.

Theres a guy that sells them on FB

-OEM
-OEM tinted
-Knock-offs (they looks exactly the same as OEM.. prob cause they are made in the same china factory haha)

Also comes with PnP harness.. I would probably get them, but I feel like modifications are done to my car.. except for maybe tires and a grille change.

When's the last time you guys changed out your engine and cabin air filters? Do you keep on it religiously?

Napa keeps enticing me with coupons to keep my business.

Never. But haven't really reached that point with this car yet.

I change the engine air filter around the recommended mileage (don't know that offhand) or when it looks dirty.

I change the cabin filter whenever it gets stinky. Maybe every two or three years.

Nothing wrong with buying them when they're cheap and keeping them on hand for when you need them. I've got multiple spares of wiper blades and filters just sitting on a shelf.

changed cabin filter a week ago, previous one was replaced in 2012 lol

for engine I have CAI, 10k miles and I have not service/cleaned it yet, still looks pretty clean. Garage queen, gets driven on weekends mostly, if at all.

For my work car, I replace cabin/air every 8-10k miles.

$900 is too much. There's a guy on FB like joe mentioned that sells them for ~$700 shipped.

What if I just take it out and bang it on the ground to get all the dust out?

I've actually done that.

In fact, I think the manual for my motorcycle actually says to do that.

But that's only getting the big garbage out. The element will still be capturing a lot of the micro particulate.

Drop the $25 and replace it every once in a while. Ya' cheap bastid!

that would work to clean the filter......now the money you saved will be spent on the car wash to get rid of all the dust stuck to the paint.

i just sold one for 14.50 SHIPPED in the BM. Im sure one weekly mani-pedi is more than that.
