Any tips on removing alternator 2009-2014 tsx both bolts are out but not coming out at al?

 

I don't see anything in the service manual besides the two bolts holding it in. If the drive belt has not been removed, I suspect that the tension might prevent its removal. See the 2009 manual page below.
