I'll be honest, the only plus the Lexus GS had one the Acura is the space. The GS was a bigger vehicle and the dynamics in sports + was much more authentic. Oh and the shifter. The delay from reverse to drive is not good especially for quick maneuverz.
Now the Acura is just an overall better car. The suspension is a lot better than the Fsport. It's way more comfortable on the open road and doesn't punish you as much for bumps and other road imperfections. The technology is leaps and bounds better. The heads up display is bigger and clearer although the accuracy of street signs leaves much to be desired. The clarity of the infortainment is noticable. The trunk pop up is such a bonus. There's wireless charging which the Lexus didn't have but its not always reliable. The interior lighting, although it's only available when it's dark outside or when the car first turns on just gives so much character to the Acura. Especially when driving.
