Will the new TL wheels fit our cars?
will the wheels off of the new body TL (04+) fir out cars? (03 TL non-S)
if it has tpms, will it fit? what about if it dosent have tpms? thanks.

It doesn't matter but it doesn't make sense to leave them in since we don't have the receiving unit in the car to detect low tire pressure. (although that would be a cool mod to add)
As mentioned, they really don't fit the 2nd gen TL at all.
