Where Should I Start?

I'm brand new on the Acura scene. I've fallen in love with Acuras/Hondas and JDM. I've been looking around scoping out what I want and I have a list of things I'd like to do. I have a 2000 Acura TL 3.2

I want:
Exterior:
BBS RS 19' (I Don't Anything About The Other Dimensions)
OEM West Wing Lip Kit
JDM Rear Roof Spoiler Visor
The Car Lower 2-3 Inches (Coilover Or Lowering Springs?)
Rear Wheels Camber Kit (Slight Negative Camber)
Inspire Badges/Honda Badges
Interior:
Double Din Stereo
New Middle Console/Different Color Or Redone
2 12' Subwoofer W/Amp
Performance:
New Brakes
New Rotors
Cold Air Intake
Possible Turbo/Supercharger Waaaaay Down The Line
Camshaft
Pistons
Exhaust
Exhaust Manifold

I know its a lot but I really want to get into the Acura/Honda scene more and increase my overall car and repair knowledge. After reading this where should I begin?

Also what would be an estimate of the costs, of all these things in the end?

Hey DomIzDope, you've got quite a long wish list...... which could very easily end up costing you as much as what you initially paid for the car.

How much did the TL set you back, how many miles, what's the present overall condition of the car, has the 105k PM been performed, has the tranny been replaced and is it shifting well, do you have any access to the previous maintenance done........yeah, lot's of questions ! But, these factors need to be considered before doing any expensive mods.

My suggestion would be to establish a solid reliable starting point before even starting with the mods ! Then go with the things that you need to improve upon the basic car. After that, go with your gut on the things that would give you the biggest bang for the buck, unless you have unlimited resources of money and time. Labor for this stuff can be expensive if ya don't DIY.

I want:
Exterior:
BBS RS 19' (I Don't Anything About The Other Dimensions)
OEM West Wing Lip Kit (good luck finding it)
JDM Rear Roof Spoiler Visor ($200 from heeltoe)
The Car Lower 2-3 Inches (Coilover Or Lowering Springs?) ($200-$1500 depending on what setup you go with)
Rear Wheels Camber Kit (Slight Negative Camber) ($200)
SABER Badges/Honda Badges ($300 for the grill ajracing, $50 for the rear, $100 for the rear lettering)
Interior:
Double Din Stereo ($300 or you know whatever you want)
New Middle Console/Different Color Or Redone
2 12' Subwoofer W/Amp (nah i'm good)
Performance:
New Brakes ($200 for front and rear plus $100 for SS lines)
New Rotors ($150 for front ~$100 for rears)
Cold Air Intake ($300 AEM V2)
Possible Turbo/Supercharger Waaaaay Down The Line (good luck)
Camshaft ($775 for cams + $500 springs & retainers)
Pistons (around $700 for wiseco)
Exhaust (around $1,000 for Apex'i WS2 or ATLP)
Exhaust Manifold ($400 for DC sport or wait for the custom long tubes that will be out, EVENTUALLY)

Its a lot.
You're asking alot.

I recommend starting with brakes. Then suspension. Then POWER!!!
And pepper in the audio and cosmetic mods.

Also add in JDM window visors.
