What are some alternatives to BBS RS? I want a 3 Piece rim with Negative offsets. Could someone point me in a direction of something that is like BBS with 3 pieces and negative offsets that are cheaper?

You cant run a negative offset. You can run a lower than stock positive offset. Stock is +55, depending on what you want for a look and get for a size (ie 18 or 19" and width) you can run up to +30 with some fender rolling and pulling.
