wheel/tire/suspension question

I want to get a set of new tires and wheels but the website doesn't give me too much info. Will Nitto Invo size 225/45R-18 91W fit with 18X7.5 5-100/114 45 rims? Before I get these I am going to lower the car with TEIN s-tech springs and Tokico blues. Will the tires rub? Will I need some sort of alignment kit? And lastly, has anyone driven on the Nitto Invos? Are they good?

by the looks of it, it will fit. but is the bolt patteren on the rims 5x114.3 ?.. and you will rub in the rear once lowered, need to trim the tabs and roll the fenders. and for best results go with the 225/40 tire.
