wheel fitment question

I am looking to buy some black rims.... I have stock springs. The rim size is 18x8 offset 45. Now my concern is will i have any problems with rub or rim sticking out based on this setup..

These are teh rims im getting. tell me if you like it.. Im putting them on a Blk TL with blk headlights..

Nice wheel. What color is your ride? No problems with rubbing, infact you will have to drop the car to make it look right and tight. The offset I am not sure about 50+ I think that is what you need.

Now, since its not chrome wheels, just the lip, having these rims during the winter shouldnt be a problem? I have chrome wheels now and its just anoyying cleaning them all the time and taking them off during the winter times..

8" +45 offset is going to rub. If you're going to stay on stock springs then the point may be moot.
Nice wheels though.
