What's the word on the newer Comptech Springs
I may be off here, so please educate me if I don't have this right...
My understanding is that Comptech used to make their own springs, and that they were powdercoated silver... Some reported rusting problems, etc... The stance was a raked look with about 1.75" drop in the front, and 1.50" in the back...
The newer springs are said to be made by Eibach and are powdercoated black... Are the specs identical? That is, do they attain the same look of a car dropped on the older set of springs?
What is the general concensus on the newer springs? Yay or nay?
I was thinking about H&R Sports with stock shocks for now... But I hear that the stock shocks result in a rear end sagging... I was hoping to avoid that with the raked stance of the Comptechs...
Thanks all...

the newer Comptech Springs have the same drop as the Eibach springs 2.1 in the front, 1.6 in the back! I have the H&R Sports (50103) and id recommend them, but save up and get some aftermarket struts and do the swap onetime that way u dont ahve to replace ur struts down the road which is quite a hassle if u dont have surplus cash

FWIW, the H&R Sports have been our best selling springs since Comptech changed the ride height of theirs.....
