what are my options?

03 TLS, new (20k) struts, type S wheels, lowest i can go on what springs without rolling fenders? and i usually have people in the back seat.
I plan on getting coil overs in a year or so but i can't stand the wheel gap

stock wheels and tires, any spring will work without having to roll fenders.

Ground Control coilover sleeves would technically give you the lowest drop. They are essentially adjustable lowering springs.

the eibach pro lines seem to drop nice, 2.1 in the front ad 1.6 in the back they say. the teins also have the same drop and i've seen pics of both on S rims and it's not bad. no tuck but not much gap and maybe some slight rake, which i like. there are some sprngs that are like 1.1" i think the tein h tech and h&r sport or something like that, but i don't find they lower 2G's enough. they have a lot of stock wheelgap to make up for.

Yeah i'm torn between the eibachs and teins, is there really any different between the two or is it just price? Will I need to modify the stock struts or are they good?

H&R Race is probably the lowest. The H&R sport is pretty close to 2inch drop. Your shocks wont last long being that low as they werent designed to operate that low. If you want that low save up and get a set of coilovers
