I'm looking to get some tires for my 2000 TL on 17" CL-S wheels. The size I'm looking to get is 225-45R17. I was going through the various websites such as tirerack, onlinetires, treadepot, etc. and I came across the Toyo Extensa HPs. It seems like a nice tire with the features I'm looking for. I found them at treadepot for $79 each plus $25 off when you buy a set of 4. I don't want to buy them if they're junk though.

Anybody here have any experience with them?

I'm getting ready to get a set tomorrow, 245/45 R17 for a 04 TL $600. I am trying to stay away from a directional tire. This is the best I have found.

 

I ended up going with General Exclaim UHPs. I'm very happy so far. I might go with these Toyos for my winter wheels.
