Which tires to choose with no rubbing issues
I just ordered some 18" Rota Quake Blades for my 03 TL, 18x8 with a 48mm offset, my question is what spec tires do i need for no rubbing issues? I am also gonna get the H&r 50103 sport springs installed when i get the rims.

Some people go with 225/40/18 (VS 235/40/18) just to minimize possiblility of 'rubbing' at the expense of more miles being logged on your odometer. Plus the 225 size has a smaller sidewall, so it might be a little more punishing on the ride quality. My

Hey where did u order them from...I suggest 235/40 or 235/35...235 will not rub if u roll the fenders... 235 will be a perfect fit and can hold a larger weight inside of the car, as you will have a minium load weight with the 225....i ran 235/35/19 for mah 19's...91Y...i sold thos blades and are gettin the new 18x8 Chrome Blades which i will be runnin 235/35/18...tires are like 840...a damm grip...but these wheels are soooo fawwkinn strong....so i ant got nothin to worry about

heys guys, I'm also buying the Rota Quake rims in 18"
I have a 2002 3.2TL Type S, and I have no idea of the measurments that you guys are talking about, what does 235/40/18 mean?
what would be best with my car? and what kind of tires would be best with these rims?
