tire size and rating?

tire size and rating?
i have base model 3.2tl and i need new tires...im wonmdering if anyone has put 215 or higher on stock wheels...how does it feel? And i was wondering how much ther rating was important...do i have to do v rating??

I run nothing but 225/55/16 on the stock wheels.
The rating is for speed. I would try to keep the stock rating, but as long as you dont venture over the speed of the tires rating your fine. stock is 149mph
