thinking of getting these

so I'm in my office and thinking of purchasing a set of XXR521 in machined silver.


would these specs fit fine? i am lowered about 2.5"F/ 2.2"R

FRONT : 18" x 8.5 +25
REAR : 18" x 10 +25

10" a bit much, i'm just fishing for info atm haha don't want to make an impulse buy then shoot myself in the foot. just been looking for CCW style

keep them the same all around. my
kinda looks dumb on a fwd vehicle to stagger and there is no handling advantages.
plus, you wont be able to rotate tires.


do you have any fender mods?
rolled/shaved?
10 inches is a bit much.
if I had a 2G i'd go as much as 9 or 9.5 the most.

dont you know that its not cool to not be staggered anymore? lol there are plenty of people doing 10s in the rear on a 2g these days., hell, i might even do a 10.5.

this, as you might know, isnt about handling, this is about looks and stance, get with the times man! lol

i'm rolled a small bit in the rear and tabs trimmed...

that's what i was thinking, 10" would a bit overkill for the 2G lol

would a 18x9.5 +20 fit fine for the rear?

i haven't had staggered wheels in years, previously on old mk2/3 jettas back in the day, but i feel the 2G looks nice with them

My brother had some XXRs. They bend pretty easy. Just know what you're getting into.

Why not, Im contemplating a minimum of 9 possibly 10" at all 4 corners with 275's If i can find either 2" lips or 3" lips for my RH C2's. with fender modifications of course
