Tein and Eibach

There are some guys on the 3rd gen fourms saying that Tein S Techs are better than Eibach pro kit, do any of you guys think that is true?

I heard Teins are close to stock like Eibachs are.

Plus i was going to lower my car but i think i might wait and save up for coilovers whichever is closest to stock.

not another thread like this again............
every1 has their own opinions on springs man....i personally have the eibachs and they feel good to me...not harsh at all....there are 2 types of teins..the h-tech that only give u about an inch drop all around and then theirs the s-tech that give u about 1.75 or so in the front and i think 1.5 rear....ur goin to need shocks either way so if u havent gotten a deal on springs save up for the Tein SS coilover system..

Those are fine. Koni's are damper adjustable but also more expensive.

The set in the bm has spring rates of 12/8, so no, not quite stock.

12/8 is the spring rates of F/R.

Both TEIN and Eibach make great springs. You can't go wrong either way. Combine it with some TOKICO HP's and they ride will be further improved.

aren't tein basics like $750? that's the best way to go IMO..

and yes, i would dish out for koni yellows.. my friend has ground control/koni yellows and it's a good setup.. pricey though ~$900

Ok, so you'd recommend Tokico HPs + Tein S-Techs? I'm more concerned about the ride being bouncy. How does this combo compare to a stock Type-S ride?

I think everyone has their own opinion for what shocks and springs are good. I learned my lesson from a free set of Skunk2's with Tokicos to TIEN Basics. Big difference in ride...If your car is daily driven then I would definitely spend more and go with good quality suspension.

We have those too. More adjustability but more price.

They are a little more than that. PM us for sale pricing.

TOKICO and H&R or Eibach will be softer than the TEIN S-Techs. Neither will be bouncy just S-Techs are firmer.
