..not to sound smart but I believe it should have came with directions if they were new....normally most coilovers are similiar with regards to that...did yours come with some silver/metal things? You would use that to adjust the perches on the coilover and I believe the will have to be jacked to do this. I have apexi coilovers so I'm not that familiar with the teins. Good luck.

Adjust the locking seat perches at the bottom of the spring. When you're looking down from the top, turn the bottom perch clockwise and the top perch counter-clockwise to unlock them. Then spin the perches to the desired height, and lock them spinning them in the opposite directions. Of course, you need to use the two special wrenches that came with the coilovers.

I don't have these, but do the wheels need to be removed to adjust ride height?

I beleive you do have to remove the wheels, on the front...but the rear I think you can leave them on and work around them.

If you want springs that you cant go wrong with then i would suggest going with neuspeed. Thats wat i have ad they feel and handle better than stock springs. Its about 1.75 lower front and back.

Do Not use cheap products on an expensive car. Not even if you have pride in any car, DONT USE CHEAP parts. If you use cheap springs, and your car bounces alot, you CAN f+++k up your tranny. So long story short, DONT USE CHEAP PARTS, if you LOVE your car.
