Suspension Help !

Wasssup 2G TL Family , I have recently bought an NightHawk Black o3 TL-S with 140K for a fair price including a 1 year warranty on the Head & Transmission ... Everything is still stock but I would like to drop it just right , where there is no wheel gap but I still want good ride comfort & handling ... Seen a few Coilover systems but kinda are out of my price range . Would it be just the same & CHEAPER if I ordered Tokico 5-Way Adjustable Shocks & Some Eibach Pro Lowering Springs ? I would like the car lowered to sit just right on top of the wheels ... & I do plan on ordering some Lipped 19s maybe possibly headers & exhaust HELP !!!

coilovers, you can dial in your ride height.

spring / shock combo is a set height depending on your spring and whether or not your shock has height settings (koni)

Okay Sweet well it seems like I'm on the right track , will I have to purchase new ball joints & get an alignment when all of this is installed ? I don't want to be running threw tires like a dragster !

if your ball joints are torn.. yes.

and you would need an alignment after a drop.

now if you want slam, you would want coilovers... something like Function Forms Type-I, Megans, ISC, Ksport, BC Racing and others along those lines

I just ordered Tein's and I think they are the best bang for the buck, IMO. I still dont know what ride height I want them to be at but maybe someone knows a good height for recommendation.

TEIN Street Basis coilovers are going to be the best bang for your buck.

http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-512848.aspx

$644 plus shipping. Even springs and shocks aren't going to be much less (if you get a decent brand).
