hey guys i took my 2003 acura tl to the dealership for a free inspection and they handed me a paper with things that had to be done to my car first in the report it said "found both front lower ball joints boots torn and had moderate play and bothcotter pins were missing" << i purchased some ball joints but does it matter what brand control arm i get im going to order some dormans from rockauto.com they cost about 42.79$ for each side so what do you guys think? Can i get a quick response so i can purchase these asap thanks

yeah chances are you don't need new LCAs. those things are rock solid.

but why were the cotter pins missing? was your car in an accident or something? that would really worry me.
