Slight rub?

Maybe someone can shed a bit more light into what's causing some rubbing on my rear tires. Here's some basic info:

Slightly tucking tire (maybe .5 - 1" tucked)
Bumper tab cut
Fender not rolled (but there's is quite a bit of clearance.. but really close to where the bumper connects)
Running 225/40/18
18 x 7.5 +42

Is it just rubbing against my fender liner? or something else? Just curious to what it might be, I'll prob raise it just a bit so it's barely tucking at all. Only happens on slopes, driveways, etc (which is probably the obvious reason, just trying to double check..) Wonder if other people get slight rubbing as well who are tucking..

Thanks.

when your wheel goes up into your fenders, thats probably when it rubs.

try going up the driveway, once it starts rubbing. stop your car. go out side and see where its rubbing.

Ya, I'll check it out. I've been lowered before on my old rides and never had rubbing issues, but then again, I would be running lower sized tires/wheels. Thanks.

Semi-fixed lol

ii. raised it a tad

Still get some rubbing on harsher angles, but it's riding a lot better. Will look more into it in spring. Don't know how some of you guys do it lol

Haha that's awesome.. I don't get why I rub much more with this car cause I've driven dumped on my other cars with barley any scratches. Maybe the car is longer, wider/bigger tires.. meh- lol
