Rubbing on 17x7.5 45+ 215/50/17??

Went out to dinner last night and had 3 people in my car including myself. I was rubbing on the right rear side where my passenger was sitting if I hit a bump or dip in the city... is this normal? stock suspension with no system in the trunk.

Boarderline setup. A trim of the bumper tab will eliminate the rub.
