rolling fenders

i was wondering how much of the fender lip when rolling will it be? what i mean is my 19in racing harts c4 fits pretty dang good. basically what does rolling the fenders do and how much can i roll them?

rolling the fenders is just that. you roll the fender lip to allow for more clearance of the tire so that its less likely to rub abd catch the lip.
