General Exclaim UHPs. I've got a set on my car and they are great! Excellent grip, very quiet, and excellent tread depth. Great tire for the money IMO.

I have that tires too but I don't think it can handle the snow of the NE.

I bought the Yokahoma Avid Envigor's. I ordered V rated but H rated were what was shipped to the Tire dealer. Since i was leaving on a trip up north I went ahead and had the H rated installed. I'm not a preformance driving kinda person. They are GREAT so far. The week after having them installed I drove over 1500 miles and am very happy with them. Butter smooth at 70-80 Highway speeds. Since they are H rated/the sidewalls are less stiff. Really a great soft smooth quiet ride on the highway. Way more comfortable than the MXV4's. $478 out the door. They look great and cornering for my driving habits is fine.

I'm a fan of the BFG G-Force Sports. I've got them on my TL-S now, and had them on another car as well. If you want some nifty looking tread, the BFG G-Force KDW are pretty neat, and people seem to like them but the tread will get noisy as it wears down.
What are you looking for in a tire? Good treadwear, quiet, and a softer sidewall?? Or more along the lines of a grippy aggressive tire that you don't mind if it wears out on you in 10K to 20K miles????
