i looked into those too, they are only like $45 on ebay, but i thought twice about them and was like you get what you pay for. i had megan springs on my last car and i LOVED them, so i went with them. they were only $126 for a 2" drop.

maybe cause he cant afford H&Rs.

hey man if you wanna be brave and test those out feel free, just let us know how they are for future reference. if they ride like shit then just get a set of Neuspeeds, i got it on mine for over 30k miles and I have no complaints.

if no one dared to try out the XS headers for $150 how would we know its a great set of headers for such a cheap price. you gotta take a risk every now and then. I know that half of us in here would not have headers if it wasnt for XS, well maybe i should just speak for myself, I wouldnt spend a grand on comptechs no matter how good it was, its just not in my budget as a college student. So looking into something cheap is sometimes the only way to go.

yea I haven't heard of anyone having the ravespeed springs, but you should just go and try it out if you want. i agree with s1ck typeS, because if it's new, there's nothing wrong with trying it, but if you already know it's a POS, then just save up and get something better.

Well t play devils advocate, headers arent really much of a safety issue like spring are. A cheap spring could have the wrong spring ates and make teh car ill handling, bottom out easy, Break which could lead to damage to the car or worse, a accident. Is it worth the risk? &Rs arent that expensive. Its not like comparing XS to Comptech. It 200 bucks. Save up and get a high quality would be my

so you guys are telling me you would try springs for 45 bux lol....
i mean what kind of springs are they for your bed?
for 45 bux a set of springs?.....save up enough money another 150 bux and you will get yourself a set of nice h&r springs or if you want coils you can get them for close to that amount also..
no one is trying to flame on you or anything, just discussing the fact that you shouldn't buy springs that are cheap. Why put cheap shit on your car ITS A TL.....

Yes its a safety issue, do some research on these springs and see what kinda feedback they have. if you know its crap dont buy it. you can get teins for like a 100 bucks on ebay which are wayy better and you know that for a fact. so just think it thru, and dont rush into a decesion.

if you have the means of installin these springs yourself then go for it. its expensive to have it done at a shop. you can always take them off if they ride like shit.
