I have the same suspension as you, and I have CL-S wheels with 225/50/17 tires. I put 10mm spacers and there was no rubbing when no one was in the back seat. The second even one person sat in the back, there was rubbing. I also have my tabs cut. It could be because my tire is taller than stock by about 1 cm. I know it's not a lot taller, but I think its just a few mm that is causing my rubbing.

Of course, you can run more negative camber to make it fit better, but you may have uneven tire wear.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say that I'm running about -1.0 degrees of camber (still within OEM spec).
