Please Help, fitment issues with Eibach Rear Sway Bar

Hey everyone, I was hoping if anyone can throw some insight into this situation.
I am lowered on Eibach Pro System Plus kit, which includes their springs, dampers and sway bars. All the bits and pieces that go into assembling the strut are new on each corner, bought from the local Acura dealer. I also have Raybestos adjustable upper ball joints in the front and Moog adjustable rear control arms with joints as well. We got new Moog link pins/ sway bar links for all four corners as well.

My issue that I am running into in two fold. The spot where the rear bar meets the link pins on the LR corner , is digging into the fuel filler hose that connects the filler neck to the tank. It has already cut two hoses. The second issue I am having is that the rear bar is rubbing against the lateral links in the rear as well. I have contacted Eibach and they have opened a support ticket for me, but havent heard anything useful back yet.

Any advise ????

Your end links are installed backwards. They should be pointing down, not up.

Number 6/7 in this diagram. It shows the left rear side.

The bar should be horizontal, not angled up like you have it.

Oh no....a tech installed it like that? That's a rookie mistake. Maybe you should consider switching to another tech

nah he is a good guy. This whole kit was a first for him so if thats the only thing he did wrong, id say im ok with that. Sadly I possess neither the tools nor the skills to accomplish such tasks. Hence I have to depend on techs to do it for me lol.

A few sockets and a set of metric allen wrenches is all you need for this. Skills you only need more than your tech as he put them on upside down

Judging by the pics, id say they are shot. Look at the rubber boots on them. They are shredded.

I got new end links , and no , I dont fault him. It was a first time customising a vehicle for both of us. He is fixing it, im paying for a parts. I still saved a pretty penny having him install the suspension ( which seems to be working great ) . I understand it was a mistake, its the first he has made so far. As far as parts go, I guess ill write it off under " you pay to play category " . Im just glad the new setup will stop ruining future hoses and quit fighting with the lateral links.

To have ur endlinks look like that and feel that they are OK as a tech seems pretty bad IMO.

Ur tech should have kept memory of how things looked.

I would have made him pay for the parts. You are a much nicer person than I am

But swaping out a swaybar for one that is exactly the same only different dia isnt customizing. What it means is he wasnt competent in his job.It was the same shape as oem and should have went in the same position as oem. Would you have the same response when changing shocks, only to have him put one on upside down because it was a different brand than oem and to say its ok, its his first time putting on aftermarket shocks
