pirelli pzero nero m&s 225/55/16

Does anyone have pzero nero's 225/55/16 on their acura tl-p? I'm looking into these tires, and I'm wondering if these are good tires for our cars.

I've recently mounted some 235/45-17 Pirelli PZero Nero M&S on my 2004 TL. Before that, I was running 235/45-17 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S's. The Pirelli's are quieter and almost as good at handling as the Michelins. The Michelins are exceptional handling tires and great in the snow. The reason I went with the Pirlellis is to see if I could give up a little in handling to gain some better wear (I got 24,000 miles with the Michelins -- but that may have been somewhat due to the alignment), a little bit quieter tire and not give up to much (hopefully) with winter grip. We'll see. If they don't give me the advantages I was looking for, i'll go back to the A/S's.

Anyway, the Pirellis are pretty good so far but I miss the exceptional hanlding of the Michelins. The $60 less per tire for the Pirelli's may help with the relatively minor loss of handling.

I had some 215/35/18 and they rode like glass. Great tires, w/ great life as long as you keep em rotated & balanced.

Funny, I just had my dad put these on his 04 tl 6spd yesterday. He said they are much quieter than the stock turanzas. He said the ride was a tad "bumpier" but that maybe because of the shop over inflating the tires. We shall see, I'm thinking anything is better than the turanzas. He got the set from tirerack for like $130 a piece.
