It's definitely an air suspension. It's very expensive but it's top notch. Costs around $4600 for a TL. Check out air runner

i just install an air runner set up in my friends q45, i believe is the first air runner equipped q45 in usa because the serial # is 00001
so far i love the set up, the only thing i don't like is that the gauges and switches are mechcanical, they have a optional electrical switches set up for additional cost
