which teins? if you're going coilovers like Tein SS or Tein Basics, which those are coilovers not shock/springs, then you won't need springs. they come with spring mated to a shock body with adjustable height and dampening control(only for Tein SS).

if you are wondering about wheels and rubbing... that is a whole new thread...

first, we have to kno how much your dropped.. what wheels, and size(18x8) and offset (+55.. +40.. +32... +47.. etc etc etc)

and then WE can help you from there as to if you'll rub or not and what tire size we would recommend you to get.

Coils where a good idea but in chicago the salt and debris gets into the grooves and you cant adjust them so i decided to just go with the shocks

Got the same exact set up. Right now Im on 2 in the front and 3 in the back nice and smooth ride and on the highest settings these shocks are stiff! Not back breaking stiff but definently stiff lol when I first had everything changed I had them set at the stiffest setting and was bouncing around the car lol

Thanks
This gets me started in the right direction. as for the tires and wheel offset I will get back
once I get all the info. I blew it on the current set of rims because I did not check the offset so when I have folks in the back and hit a bump they rub. I did cut the tabs which helped yet it was not enough.
