OK, I am trying to buy new tires and wanted to get opinions on these four models.

Sumitomo HTR+ 92V
Yokohama Avid H4S 91V
Toyo Proxes TPT 91V
Toyo Versado LX 92V

I am a big Michelin fan but they are now $170.00 each and I think that is a little too much. Anyone have any ideas on the good or bad out of these four. I am leaning towards buying the Toyo Versado LX 92V since I do like Toyo and my area does not get a ton of snow so I want something that will grip good and handle nice at 120mph without the noise. Thanks for your help.

I don't know too much about either the Toyo or Sumitomo tires, but I have the Yoko Avid V4S on my 03 TL-S. They are definitely a step up from the Michelins with much better wear characteristics. Also, they remain supple after many miles which cannot be said for the stock Michelins. It sounds to me, though, like you should be looking in the UHP category if high speed performance is really your concern...
