MDX wheels have the 5x120 bolt pattern I believe
The RDX has a 19x8 version in 45 offset with the 5x114.3 bolt pattern you need for the 99-08 TL.
The correct tire size for the 19" RDX wheel on a 99-03 TL is 235/35/19
