not sure how you will pull that off without fender mods, especially with that size tire. Mine are 18 x 9.5 +42(if my memory remembers correctly, it high either way) and they stuck out of the fender by a good 1-1.5" with -2 or so camber. I might have been able to get the rear to fit with a very stretched tire and 2 - 3 more neg camber, fronts not a chance.
For what you are looking for get a full coil over. Id also get a good set of ball joints/arms to adjust and add - camber.

Get our XLR8 ISC coilovers! We have one set of the Street/Sport for the 2G TL left in stock at our $799 sale price. They'll lower you down up to 3" and have independent spring preload adjustment so you retain most of the ride quality!

Your going to have to run smaller/narrow tires to fit those wheels.. Also rear quarter panel massage is needed (roll the lip and pull them a bit) camber kits neeed also... They are an agressive wheel setup for our cars..

Are you referring to the ISC coilovers? Sounds are often caused my some part of the coilover becoming loose over time. This can happen whether it is a $500 or $5,000 coilover. I recommend checking all of the settings on the coilover and making sure everything is functioning properly. This includes damping, spring preload, and the top nut.
