Just bought 19 BBS LM Reps, will a 245/35 out back work?????

I recently bought a set of 19 x 8.5 +35 Front and 19 x 9.5 +30 BBS LM Reps. I kno the wheels will fit properly with a good drop a little camber and some fender rolling + pulling. But what i am concerned about are the tires that came with the wheels. They came off a 3rd Gen TL and he was rubbing up front out back it seems it was fine. The tires are 235/35 up front and a 245/35 out back. Has any one had any experience running a wheel/tire combo like this on a 2nd gen. From what i've seen most people running these size wheels stick to 225/35 all around. I'd love to see some pics of a 245 out back and a 235 up front. Any help is appreciated, thanks...

the reason why most stick with smaller tires is it makes it allottttt easier to fit..

LOVE the wheels, but BBS caps are poser to the max unlessthey are real.

You will need more camber and fender work than its worth to run those tires. 3g TLs have more room in the wheel wells than our 2gs do. They wont fit the same at all.

I have 255/35/18s all the way around on mine but my offset is +55. I had to roll and slight pull the rears to fit with a little over -1 camber. You will have to do agood amount of stretching to get them to fit. Stick them on and see how much you will have to do

235 in the front will work with little to no problem. Especially at stock height. 245 in the rear will work for you now, but once you lower it you will need to roll/pull your fenders.

They came with the BBS Caps. I popped em out when i cleaned each wheel. I don't care for trying to imitate something at all either, but i think they do look btr with the caps in, could just paint over the BBS. The Car is bone stock, i am lookin at Coils, probaly going to go with Megan easy streets and a rear camber kit. I think i can pull this combo off, it should look good. A friend of mine has an 2003 CL and he is running 19 x 9.5 all around on stock fenders, i think on 225s. He does rub a lot i bet but it goes to show that u can get these size wheels to fit. i'm not putting them on till the car is lowered, which probaly won't be for awhile. i'd really like to not replace the tires tho, they still have lots of tread left

Pretty sure 02 was was talking to jterror...

And if I remember correctly I think terror was running a 10 or 10.5..

It'll really jus be alot easier for you to run a 225/35... It's really not that bad of a stretch, I'll post a pic later if u want..

If ur gonna slam it ur gonna need to roll the rears as well

I have a 19.9.5 40 offset and the only time i rub is on really deep dips. But im also not that low either. Im getting ready to put 8mm spacers all around. If you run 225 tires out back youll probably just need a roll and slight camber.

It also depends on tire company too. My 225/35 dunlops direzza's had a lot more of a stretch then my toyo t1-r's and continental dw's

i know he wasn't talking to me i just wanted to know what he meant by that.there is no stretch at all to these tires they sit flush with the wheel so i know i'm goin to have to mess with my fenders if i realllyyyy drop it. i don't care tho. Just want em to fit nicely and i don't like a lot of stretch on the tire, not into the VIP style stuff at all. these won't be moving for awhile tho i have DEPO headlmaps and fog lamps that came in that need installed. Wanna do it myself, seems like itll be a decent amount of work, was thinking of throwing a comptech intake in there if im goin to remove the bumper and stuff anyways. Do it all at once..

You can make it work when it's lowered, it will just require fender rolling and pulling. I have a 255 tire in the rear.

Also, are you using the OEM lugs on those wheels?
