I Need to Know TORQUE Specs... HELP Please

Anyone have a hookup on wheel info. I need the torque specs for WORK VS-XX's. 18's if that matters. Looked everywhere but I don't see them published anywhere. Thanks in advance.

80 ftl/lbs. no matter what wheels you put on. tighten in a criss-crossing order evenly.

okay, let me clarify myself. i need to torque down the face back to the barrels. so the torque specs to the rivets attaching all 3pcs. of the rims back together....
