I don't even know where to start...
All I'm gonna say for now is go to the Tires, Wheels, Suspension forum and read. A LOT.

Edit, are your tires a 245????? If they are that is probably most of the problem, especially with a low offset. Find out your offset. You may need a different size tire.

No such thing as universal offset. You need to tell us more info. The tire size isnt 35, thats the profile. How wide are the tires (ie 225/35/19 235/35/19 etc...) Offset is also a number we need to know.

Ps PEOPLE IS REALLY THAT HARD, I THOUGHT YOU GUYS KNEW ALL ABOUT ACURA. THIS IS MY FIRST ACURA

Its not that it is hard but we can't help you if we dont have the required info to start to help you. Take your rim off look inside and there should be a bunch of numbers. We know the rims are 19 we need to know the width which would look something like 8.5" 9" something like that. The offset number would be like +35, +45 something like that.
We need to know that so we can determine how much room you have and what you need to make more room. We can't tell you what your offset and width because every rim have different offset, width so we can't mind read your wheels.
This does not just affect Acura but all cars. You drive a slivia, according to your sig, so you should know about wheel and tire sizes. If you still having some trouble search google on how to find your offset, width, on a rim then report back.

I was really trying not to say anything "mean" in this thread and give you the benefit of the doubt since you obviously do not know a single thing about cars and/or wheels AT ALL. But since you decided to give attitude and ask us "Is it really that hard," IT IS that hard when your posts do not give ANY relevant information at all and are probably the dumbest posts I have ever read concerning fitment issues.
Like I said before... go to the Tires, Wheels, and Suspension forum and READDD EVERYTHINGGG

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A 240/35 TIRE. It's either a 235/35/19 or 245/35/19 tire, how about you try LOOKING at the damn thing and give us the correct size.

Where did you get those specs?
If those are the correct specs of the wheels, there is pretty much nothing you can do to get those to fit correctly on a 2G TL. Well, besides custom work to the fenders. Those specs would rub even on a 3G TL.
Did you do any research at all on wheel fitment before you bought them?

i hope u know that even with coilovers n on the stiffest setting ur still going to hit the fender...hitting the fender will cause rubbing...rubbing will pop ur tire...especially when its hitting the tread part...ur gona end up having blow outs...itll b even worse if u stretch ur tire...kuz then ull b hitting the edge of the sidewall...
actually looking at ur pix in ur profile now...even with a stretch...even xtreme stretch(totally not recommended in ur case)...ull still b hitting the tread on the tire...thats how far they r poking out

There is nothing this side of a lift that will keep them from rubbing. The Offset is to low and your tire is too wide.
