Guess you didn't even think about trying to do a search...
I say go HFP 19's but I am partial to these
Specs:
19x8
55 Offset
24 lbs each
64.1mm hub bore, no hub centric rings required and OEM fitment

If you were looking for the 19" specs, this is what I posted above under the pics I posted and it is in my autosig
Specs:
19x8
55 Offset
24 lbs each
64.1mm hub bore, no hub centric rings required and OEM fitment
Now, the 18" 7 spoke HFP version is 18x7 with 45 offset I believe
The Aspecs are 18x8 with 45 offset, the 04 Aspec wheel is 18x8.5 with 45 offset, so be sure to get the 8" version for a 2nd Gen to avoid rubbing as much as possible

last I saw, the 18" seven spoke HFPs were 7 or 7.5" and 45 offset since they were designed for the newer civics if I recall. the OP may want to do some more research. there was certainly an 8.5" and 8" version if aspecs..i know for a fact they are 45 offset since they are for the 04-08 TL and I think the 8.5" wheel was for the 04 TL and then they reduced it back to 8".
