HELP!!! Question about rubbing

Hi, I just got my rims put on and the back two rub when there are people sitting in the back. I've heard people say that you can "cut the tabs" to help prevent rubbing. What exactly does "CUTTING THE TABS" mean, what do I cut, and how do I cut it? Any help would be grrrrrrrrrreat!!!

Take a look where the tire hits your car ... it's normally the lowest point -> it's the plastic part of the rear bumper. You can use a dremel -- be patient.

Any other suggestions by members who have done this?

Put masking tape on the lip of the fender. Drive around for a couiple of days and than look to see where the tape is torn up. That's the spot that is rubbing. I personally took it to a shop to get it cut (the plastic part). The metal part I got it cut, but best to get it rolled. Make sure you/they don't cut too much! Just enough!

The plastic taps are where the bumper meets the fender they stick out a little more than the fender lip. That should do it.
