Help!! on lowering TL

I have an 02 tl-p and at this moment im lowering it on Tein H techs and I have the front ones done within a half hour but now im stuck on how to remove the rears. Does anyone have a simple way of getting to the rears im assuming I have to remove back seats?? If I do how do I do so.
