HR Sport give a 1.75 front and 1.5 back drop. I had them on for a few weeks before I went to HR Race (2.5 front, 2.25 Rear) and then on to Function and Forms.

The sport is nice, It definitely lowers your car, not too much it's still high, but It'll help eliminate a lot of that Wheel Gap which plagues our generation TL.

I like HR springs, get some sway bars too and it'll really improve the overall handling of the ride.

I have tein s-tech's and love them. You may regret getting springs that don't drop you enough.

The High Techs drop the car about 1.5" F and 1.0 " R on the 99-03 TL.

H&R sports are NOT a crazy drop. They will retain the near stock ride, make the car handle better and make it look better.

They are both good quality. I'm sure you'll be happy with either.

Front fender is cut higher, it will always appear higher unless you run full coilovers. I like my S-techs, I would go with them, Eibachs or H&R. Teins come with rubber boots for the springs so you don't hear that bullshit spring slap...Eibach really dropped the ball on that one personally anything under a 1.7 is too high. 2-2.5 is perfect, eliminates most wheels gap and you dont have to worry about scraping. Here are my Tein s-techs
