H&R Sport Springs - problem

I have the 50103 model H&R sport springs, used. After several 4-wheel alignments + 3 years, my height continues to be slightly off. They're supposed to drop Front: 1.75" and Rear: 1.5" But the difference in height drop on the front from side-to-side is visually noticeable.

(gaps)
FL: 1 finger
FR: 3 fingers
RL: 2 fingers
RR: 2 fingers (probably a little less, as I kinda have to angle 2 fingers, but 1 is not enough)

Now either FL is sagging, or something is preventing FR from dropping like it's supposed to.

Coilovers are not an option, as I just bought Koni Yellows in the middle of last year. I'm thinking about buying a NEW set of H&R Sport springs (unless they're is a better alternative now). Any ideas or suggestions on what the issue might be?

No, I bought them from the black market. And I wanted to see what I could do on my end first...especially if they require them to be installed by a "professional mechanic" since I was the one who installed them.

Well there is really not much ways to screw up a Spring Install...
But for any Reason did you double checked your installation After you were done??

Its wierd that one sits lower just by an inch and the Rears where OK
Do they show signs of being heated?? Perhaps the Past Owner tried to lower them just a bit with heat..

contact h&r i know they used to change springs...rears used to sag, but you've had then for so long you might be screwed...also make sure your checking on level ground and if you have a system or something heavy in the trunk, if its not centered it will be off a bit to one side, but that would only really be for the rears being off
