H&R OE springs and camber...
Do i have to adjust the camber when dropping the car .75F .5R?

No, not till you get toward 2 inch drop- then for sure you need camber kits- otherwise you can only adjust the toe setting of the alignment- which should be done to prevent tire wear

should I align the tires right away or wait about a month or so for the springs to properly sit?

yea to your tires. ANY time you mess with the suspension geometry you need to have an alignment.
