Getting some powdercoat (04 TL wheels)
I'm just now getting around to having disposable funds to fix the wheels that have been sitting around for almost 3 years and throw rubber on them.
I've got a guy that'll touch them up and powdercoat for $300. He's got a great reputation for quality work.
Wheels:
This is what the car looked like with gunmetal wheels (they were garbage, bent really easy);
He recommended Argento 314 Metallic:
What do you think?
Any recommendations on rubber? It does rain here, but I have Yokohama Avid v4 with decent tread right now should I need to drive in the winter. I also have my Yukon I primarily use in the winter.

I would suggest against powdercoating....IMO its a waste of $$$.....
Just spray them...

That's understandable. I was just trying to gauge why he felt that way because of quality or whatnot.
My personal preference is the modified stock look. I still have the factory stereo and everything. I love the 3G wheels, just never got a chance to put them on.
Thanks!
