I have the H&R sport springs on my car and love the drop. I have been in a car with the eibach setup and through it was a little too stiff for my liking. This has been discussed numerous times so try searing around and I am sure you will find whatever you are looking for.

Eibachs give you a lower drop. Comptech springs are now rebadged Eibachs. You might need a camber kit. H&R is a good price / ride combo -- a lot of people use both but more use H&R springs.

Well, depends on what kind of drop you want.
I guess Eibach has lower drop than H&R sport and many people said Eibach is said to be stiffer than H&R.
I had H&R sport on my 02 TL, but I ended up going back to stock since I was so annoyed by harsher ride compare to stock. Because, where I live snows a lot and the road is like shit everywhere. If whereever you live has nice road, go for H&R sport.
