Does anyone have 245-35-19 with 19x8 on their TL-S?

My brother recently bought SSR Strusse 19x8 (+48 offset) wheels for his TL-S.

https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/sold-19-ssr-wheels-nitto-tires-rare-low-price-319030/

He is thinking of putting 245-35-19. He currently has 225-35-19 which is thin and not exact diameter spec for TL-S. He also wants to put enough rubber so it won't damage the wheels as much when going over pot holes or bump.

We recently took the wheels to Mag Masters in Santa Ana(by the way they do a great job and price is reasonable-Less than Wheels America) and fixed all the bends/chips and got the lip polished . Now the wheels look clean.

I was wondering is 245-35-19 is too wide for 19x8 and is it going to rub?

Also will it bulge out since tires are wide?

By the way, car is not lowered.

Any thought and input will be greatly appreciated and experiance will be greatly appreciated.

Stock 215-50-17: 25.5(approx) inches in diameter.

Current 22-35-19: 25.2(approx) inches in diameter.

245-35-19: 25.7(approx) inches in diameter.

Thanks.
