Confused.. Help please.
Yes i've used the search button lol.
Ok after reading a while about the different springs you guys are running im still confused which one gives the lowest drop.
Tien S-Techs
H&R Sports
when i looked on the H&R website, it says the Super Sports give the most drop and the regular sports give the lowest drop.. so uh which one do i get?
Sorry guys, coilovers are out of the question on this one, id get them if i could but its just not an option right now.
Also i think i need some new shocks/struts... when looking from behind my car dips lower on the left then right
Thanks! Hopefully im getting some wheels soon.

The H&R race give the lowest drop, then comes the H&R sport, then the H&R OE as the least amount of drop.
If you are looking to go really low or as low as you can, get coilovers. If your looking to just get rid of the wheel well gap H&R Sports are the best spring. It will be a 1 finger or so gap and still retain a factory like ride.

Why are coilovers out of the question? Springs are $200, struts are $350 for some Tokico HP'S.......you shouldn't have a problem finding some slightly used coilovers for $550.

at first i said coils are not an option because im not the only one that drives my car, my parents need it sometimes.. if the car is slammed and they drive it up a steep slope.. say goodbye to my bumper/lip. but shit if its 550 for ff1 coils then i guess ill go with coils then.
Function & Form Coils
or
H&R Sport Springs with Koni Yellow Struts
also can anyone help me find bnib function and form coils for cheap? Thanks!
btw my friend suggested get type 2 instead of type 1. im not sure what the difference is

They don't look any different than the sport to me. I was hoping they were lower. The intrax eliminate all wheel gap in the front but are too high in the back. The H&R, Teins and the Eibachs all look the same...the only Neuspeed pics I can find are in the pitch black of night and the Ksports aren't used by any TL owner it seems, but claim a 2.5 inch drop on the Accord. Damn..looks like I cant avoid paying for coilovers
Thanks for the pics...Vlang is going to go Columbine on someone if you keep messing with him..lol

eh im not too worried about him. he moved to the Caribbean.
anyways yeah the height differences between different springs is hard to notice. if you just want springs, you could try Ground Controls with your current shocks. those will get you pretty damn low.

^Got me cheesing.
I'm on comptech springs with OEM shocks. Waited round the black market for a long time for some cheap springs snagged em for 120. They are great drop is nice ride is smooth but stiff perfect for cornering hard, but you'll regret not getting coils....I know I already do adjustable ride height sounds so good and I wish i was slammed.

However I still scrape where I live..Probably not as bad as these New York Guys though..the L.I.E. has some nasty potholes..

I thought about that, but I cant find them for less then $380 so I can't justify getting around forking out the extra $150 for coils. I found some good condition NEX GT coilovers the day after I put my springs and struts on for $100 on Craigslist and didnt get them. Funny how quick you get tired of a mild drop. I thought it would be nice after 6 years of scraping shit to not have to worry about it anymore, but I guess some things never change! I just wish you could find springs that will tuck tire like the older Hondas.
