So I think im planning on lowering my 03 tl s but im still not sure, its got 105,000 miles. If I do lower it should I get lowering springs or coilovers? I dont want to spend over $1000 and how much would it cost to install? thanks

I'd recommend coilovers. The TEIN Street Basis are good coilovers that are designed for the street and allow for ride height adjustment.
