CL-S vs TL-S wheels???

CL-S vs TL-S wheels???
Someone mentioned to me that the CL wheels are wider than the TL wheels. Is this true? Do the CL wheels have a deeper dish to them or look different in some other way? I hadnt realized they were different.
Also is offset the same?
