Damn!! Wish I would have seen that sooner. I ordered my Rotora Rotors like 1 week ago through StreetBeatCustoms. If I would have seen that I would have bought them there. I'll probably order my rears through them.

What is the difference between the: Cross-Drilled & Slotted Rotors?

I know the Cross-Drilled are the ones with the wholes in them, are the Slotted the ones with the Indented Lines?

SOrry if this is a dumb question, I have never bought performance rotors before.

The difference between Cross Drilled and Slotted are exactly that. Cross Drilled are holes that have been drilled into the rotor on slant. The Slotted are ridges made into the rotor which are also drilled but not drilled all the way through. If that makes sense. I wouldn't recommend going with a cross drilled because once you drill into a rotor there structual integrety are deminished. With Slotted the heat is distributed evenly and because the cuts aren't all the way through, they don't damage the structure or the rotor.

If you go with Rotora Rotors I recommend going with Axxis Pads.

I was initially looking at irotors and heard many great things about them but then found out that the integrity and strength of the Rotora's are alot better. I bought them from performancecenter dot com and the total came out to under $300 shipped for both front and rears.

Good luck!

PM me if you need any more info

Streetbeatcustom.com has THE CHEAPEST PRICE ON ROTORA ROTORS!!!

==>>I just finished placing my order and it was $165 for the front rotors and "FREE" shipping.
I have been shopping for a good while now and I checked PerformanceCenter.com and their price with shipping is more than Streetbeatcustom's.
I decided to call the 800# on the site and and ask a couple of questions. I spoke to Alex who was pretty cool with me and told me that the shipping was free and since they do stock the rotors they would be shipped out tomorow. So I went ahead and placed my order with him over the phone.

I can't wait to get rid of this damn vibration and have my smoth ride back. I'll post later on when I have them installed and let you guys know how they feel.

I definitely recomend checking them out before you make a final decision

Awesome link Yaron2 I visited the site yesterday and was looking at the cross-drilled, but I don't know if it's just me but I was kind of confused about the pictures of the cross-drilled and the cross-drilled/slotted rotors, but I think they just got them mixed up a bit. I'm definitly ordering some upgraded rotors and some brake lines for my car though because it needs it like hell. The prices of the rotors are fckin awesome on that site. If anybody has some input on which pads are the best bargain let me know.

STREATBEATCUSTOMS.com SUCK!!!!

I placed an order online for 4 rotora slotted rotors. After 4 days I didnt get a shipment e-mail so I called them. They didnt have them in stock so they had to order them and that would take up to 3 weeks!! I said, why didnt you tell me they were back ordered? The guy on the phone was alike, they are not back ordered, we had to "special order them" - BULL SHIT! And if I wanted them in 5-7 days direct from the manuf., I had to pay an extra 20 bucks!

I told them to cancell and shove it!! That is not good business leaving customers in the dark like that. I never got an e-mail or a call saying your order will take longer than 48 hours to ship because we dont have it in stock. I wasted a week in which I could have had new rotors instead of driving around in a vibrator everytime I try to stop.

I went with modacar.com. they were - get this - CHEAPER!!! You have to call them because the shipping over the phone was cheaper than it was online. And they would get them to me in 5-7 days. So for the same amount of time, I saved 35 bucks. Wish I had done this last week - I would be writing about how good these new rotors are!

Streetbeat needs to learn how to treat their customers and provide better feedback.

I bought the Rotora rotors from Streetbeat and they were great...at first. They ended up warping just as fast as the stockers did.

Now what options do I have?
